One of our associates will review your construction plans or community guidelines to put together pricing on your next custom home or spec home landscaping.  We will use our vast network of nursery’s and growers to provide the most competitive price with the highest quality plant material.  We will work hand and hand with your estimating department or client to provide the most competitive price and cohesive design with your custom home.

After the landscape design and pricing is accepted, we will then work with your project managers to schedule the installation of your new homes irrigation system and landscaping.  We understand there are multiple sub-contractors on every project and working efficiently while respecting the job site is of the most importance.   Most importantly our office will regularly communicate with your project managers so that your custom home landscape is installed on time.

Your new custom home landscape install will be assigned to one of our associates which will be the point of contact during the installation.  They will make sure the installation is completed in a timely manner and inspections are called in for the irrigation system.  A landscape foreman will be managing the crew at ground level to make sure quality and standards are met while the associate works with our office to meet deadlines and stage materials.  At the completion of the project, one of our associates will walk the site with one of your project managers or builders so that we can deliver the finished landscape your client requested.
