Design

Here at Clients First we have a team of in-house landscape designers, irrigation designers and a network of landscape architects. Allowing us to provide solutions for any commercial landscape project. Our team provides designs on landscapes, hardscapes, pools, sprinkler systems, and water features. We have a grave understanding of the importance of form, and function on a design while enhancing the overall aesthetic of your building and serving a functional purpose.

Budgeting

Planning for a construction project can be a tremendous undertaking. Here at Clients First Landscape Solutions, our team is ready to help with the execution of an accurate budget for your project. We understand the sales process for a general contractor and know that responsiveness is key. Our team has a vast network of growers, and suppliers that provide prompt quotes. Allowing us to provide quick turnaround on budget numbers for your clients.

Construction

Your commercial landscape project will be assigned to one of our project managers who will handle every aspect of your project from start to finish. A landscape foreman will be managing the crew at ground level to make sure quality and standards are being met while the project manager works with our office team to meet deadlines and stage materials. At inspection and completion our project manager will walk the site with your team to ensure we delivered the finished landscape your client requested.

Post Construction

After the project is completed and your team has received a certificate of occupancy, Clients First will continue to monitor the landscape and watch for irregularities in watering or plant material. At this point in the project our team will encourage the owners to sign up for our annual maintenance so that the landscape can stay healthy and presentable year round.
